Alycia needs to leave or become more active like colman and also become producer like him to have more influence on the writing for her character. Or do you think the climate on set is very toxic and sexist and they would not let her produce?

We can't tell for sure but I also think they would let her. But I wonder if Alycia wants to be a producer at all? Acting/directing is certainly more creative.

But that would give her more creative options too by having more say in her character's development, bc so far she is 100% dependent from the will of dumb & dumber and they don't care for her at all.

Either way I hope se leaves soon.

Yes though being a co-producer on a show can help with your acting role on that show.
