The only new Fear character I cared about was John and even then his entire character was about June. His personality was great and his character was actually going somewhere with S6, but they killed him off.

yes he was very sympathetic and the only one i really liked. second is Al maybe but honestly she annoys be often enough as well.

Althea's personality was great but a character can't be centered around one thing (the tapes or her girlfriend) and be good.
