I hear ya!
I went to the gym after work today and took a new pilates/TRX class. I had never really done TRX or knew anything about it, but it was soooo fun! It seriously was a challenge though.  __________________

Combat is basically a mixture of kickboxing and martial arts. You don't hit anyone in the class, but they teach you the movements. It's a huge cardio workout. My gym offers the classes. I like to do that class and the pump which is weights.

^Awesome! That sounds like a great workout!
 I got up and went to the class only to find out the instructor was sick. She had sent an email early this morning, but I didn't check my email before heading to the class. I walked my dog for 40 minutes instead.  __________________

Your dog appreciate the walk! Usually if class is cancelled I go for a run but it's been awhile since I ran. I need to get back since I got a few 5K marathons coming up.

My dog really did appreciate it. I've been trying to take her on longer walks. I took her on two long walks today.
