Sue and I have been discussing this, and we think that it may be time to close this board. Our post counts have been declining over the past few months and we have very few regular posters. As you know, Fan Forum requires that we average at least 15 posts per day, with lower numbers than that leading to warnings and then possible closure of the board. We would prefer to go out under our own terms rather than be forced to close due to low post counts.

Please let us know what you think. We'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest here. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated posters. As much as we love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then disappear again, because we'll be in the same position that we're in now if you do.

Sue and I have been discussing this for a couple of weeks and as much as we hate to even think about it, it may be time. There have not been any new posters and all the ones who used to post don't anymore. The only threads that are posted in are the game threads and a few character threads. It seems that people have lost interest in the show or are too busy to post. It's just Sue and I posting most of the time now. So please, let us know what you all think.

I really don't want this board to close. I love this board and Jo and Sue and I really like posting here.

But I also understand why you guys feel it should be closed. There is not a lot of traffic here. It's sad and it makes me sad

Oh damn it, I'm so sorry to see that you guys started this topic... I really don't want this board to go and I know it might sound strange because I haven't been here in a while. For me it's sadly just a time problem. I still watch the show and I still love the show. I was so happy when I saw that there was finally a second moderator appointed because it meant that the counts should be save... I guess I was wrong there.

I can't promise you that I'll pass by more often since I simply don't have the time out of private matters and because of my board really being time consuming because of the traffic there. This could change very well if the show isn't renewed but right now, I can't make any promises.

I'd be happy though if the board would get another chance, if people would see you asking for help and their opinion and give it a chance. I'm crossing my fingers here and I promise to pass by whenever I find the time.

Immunity

I quit watching the show at the start of season 2 didn't like the way they were going with the show because of this I only can post in the game threads which is not enough to keep this board open.

I understand how hard this most be for you both Sue and Jo I hope with opening of this thread people will come back maybe can post this also on twitter and face book who knows it will bring fans here

Thanks for the input ladies.

It is very sad that we even have to consider it but it's been very slow on this board. It's not fair that only Sue and I keep the board going with the occasional poster stopping by.

I'm sad that we are considering this action but it's too hard to keep the board alive with so few stopping by to post. This is an awesome show with great characters and that makes me doubly sad.

After discussing this with Jerry and the moderator team, we have decided to give Blindspot another month. If the counts continue to dwindle, we will have no choice but to close the board. Thank you all for continuing to post and keep this board alive!
