Oookay... Me here not getting something. Ryan wrote a song for her? I don't recall that Man, so much happened the last couple of weeks. How can I not recall such a moment?

I was so sad that we didn't get a scene of Alex and Ryan in the present... He's still in the hospital I think. But where do they stand now? Will he be mad at her for getting him into that chopper? And him being tortured, how will that change who he is now to who he was before? How will it affect his relationship to Alex? So many questions and no answers.

Not going to lie, when I heard that he wrote her a love song, it didn't seem to fit Ryan or their storyline. It was a bit over the top and cheesy to me.

Winter finale -- During the Quantico timeline-at the Christmas party, when his ex-wife, Hannah, talks to Alex about Ryan being broken-hearted by her, she told Alex that she basically knows everything about him and Alex as Ryan tells her everything (apparently). She lists off what Ryan told her about Alex ("I'm falling for my mark") and then slips in that he even wrote her a song or wrote a song about her? Then tells Alex to let him mend his broken heart before breaking it again. Does that help?

So, I guess the actors and writers all had a field day with fake parody versions of the song behind the scenes. Oh, to be a fly on the wall!

Nah, I don't see Ryan being angry or upset with her unless the writers want to keep creating drama for them LOL! He saw how upset and angry she was during the torturing. Hell, he should suit the interrogation group for nearly murdering him jk! I wonder where their story will go once the mid-season starts up. I believe they will be fine though IMO. You never know tho.

Man, I swear I recall that talk between Alex and Ryan's ex-wife and damn it, how could I have missed that important piece of information. Thanks for telling me about it again...

And seriously, Ryan writing a song? Wow, he has some hidden talents. But I think that writing a song really would fit him. I think Ryan is good with words in general, so why not making music and writing songs?

Do you think we'll ever see him playing her that song?

No I don't see him being mad about him getting tortured. He did tell her not to confess or say she did it. He had rather been torture than her confess. I think if the FBI didn't come in when they did she might have confessed and than I see him being mad. I can see him mad she confessed when she isn't guilty and worrying it's going to backfire on her. That I can but only in a mad/angry as I'm concerned about you type of way and not like anything else if this makes sense

Yeah, same here I as well think that he for once never wanted for her to admit anything she hasn't done and on the other hand he is a special agent, they are trained to withstand such torture... He'll get through it.

But such an experience really can change a person and I'm wondering how it might change him and how it might effect their relationship or whatever it is they have Right now it's kind of undefined.

Haylie, my heart shattered into a million pieces as well when I had to watch it It's been sooo sad, so heartbreaking.

You know what's funny, Heidi? I somehow only thought about how the torture might have affected Ryan but what about Alex... What do you think about how she might feel seeing him again at some point?

aaaah i bet she feel very VERY guilty, i mean her seeing him getting tortured OMG and she must feel very guilty cause it was cause of her they did it maybe she thinks that way i think it will be hard for her to see him again and wonder if she will be able to look him in the eyes

i wonder if she will forgive herself at some point?

Do you wonder what it must be like filming those scenes for Jake and Priyanka, the torture and the field surgery ones? Oh and that shower scene JK!

im just thinking, what goes trough an actors mind, when they have to play it soo well, with how "alex" acted while he was tortured

Well we did see her watching him in the hospital room when everyone else was being watched.
I mean in person, I think she's going to be relieved.
I mean, she was honestly I believe gonna confess if the FBI didn't come in when they did, just to save him even though he told her not to.

TravelHopper, it's hard to say how it must have been like for them filming those scenes, because they probably weren't really doing it on Jake. But it might have been interesting I'd say.

I do hope when the show gets back we actually get present day scenes, but I feel like we won't because of the bombing at the command post.
Just as long as we get flashback scenes to hold us over

I somehow think that she's a trained agent after all and so is Ryan... They are trained to withstand torture to a degree but she had to watch the person she loves being tortured and I can only start to imagine what that must have been like. I think that first time they'll see each other again will be a really hard and tense moment but they will be okay

Haylie, don't say something like that! I want to see their first scene after that torture one. I want to know where they stand... What about Natalie, is she still in the picture? Does Alex know about Ryan and Natalie at all? What about Alex?
