I was helping out my brother today. We stored a load of his stuff when he moved, and have been steadily moving it to his new place. Unfortunately we couldn't take all of the remainder today, but most has gone. They now have a load more boxes to unpack.

Met up with one of my friends today for a birthday meet up. Another friend was going to come as well, but her train's got cancelled and couldn't make it

Got some cool pressies from her. We had a discussion a couple of months back about fave complete film and I said 'Jaws', so she got me tickets to the Royal Albert Hall next month watching 'Jaws' but with a live orchestra doing the music

Sorry one friend couldn't make it to your birthday thing.

I had a bit of a head cold today, so I've been taking it easy in bed. I hope that'll mean I'll be much better tomorrow.

Thanks. I'm doing better today. I slept better, although I was up during the night. I've been getting a few things done today. Still a few more to do when my daughter gets home.

Glad you are better today

Went to my doc's today to talk about my sciatica, my doctor, first time seeing him, says he is going to refer me to do some physio, also he gave me some drugs , so hopefully those will do the trick...

I slept better last night. I'm glad I'm not such an insomniac as I used to be.

and yes it is , the drugs are slowly taking effect though, although it's probably going to take a while till they fully kick in..

That's not so good. I hope it improves soon.

The doctors say they can't help my son because he has so many allergies. So today I've tidied up and cleaned his room. I'll have to tackle the rest of the house too, but the main thing is keeping the dust down in his room.

He has medicines yes, but they can't give him anything better than what he's already on at this point.
