6x03: The Other Shoe

“The Other Shoe” — As Storybrooke continues to welcome the new arrivals from the Land of Untold Stories, families, friends and even long-lost enemies are reunited once again. When Ashley (Cinderella) searches for her step-family, intent on settling their unfinished business, Emma, Hook and Henry scramble to help her before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Regina attempts to bribe Mr. Hyde for information about how to defeat the Evil Queen and Snow helps Dr. Jekyll find a suitable laboratory for his work. David makes a deal with Gold and delivers a message to Belle in exchange for new information about his father. In flashback, Cinderella attends a ball and meets her prince on “Once Upon a Time

Right 6x03 here we go…

Rumple:
Only a couple of scenes this week, but….
- OH MY THE FEELS!!

, hearing him recite the poem while Belle touches her stomach, such an emotional scene…and in Scottish brogue as well

.
- Love that we got a Charming/Rumple scene

, it’s been far too long and they have been missed

, hope we get more in the future!, we need some Sheep Bros.

- Regina, the EQ beat you in meals

, oh dear…
- So Cinderella is back, long time no see

it’s funny how when characters appear from obscurity and the regulars say hi to them thinking that they haven’t seen them for a couple of weeks, when it’s been years for the audience
- Grumpy is getting therapy and finally found out that Dopey is not a tree!, and good shade from Grumpy there to Emma

- Oo those step-sisters and mother of Cinderella are

, they need a slap down.
- So Regina, Snow and Charming go to Jekyll to find a cure for the EQ, hmmm don’t think it’s going to be that easy
- Nice scene with Snow and Charming, although Snow, the curse land wasn’t the best, your husband was in a coma

- Ahh the Cinderella ball and Gus!!,

the scene with Belle and David, we need more scenes with them as well!, Belle take your own advice

- EQ vs Emma, EQ won that round..
- So the Cinderella scene got a switch up…and Cinderella did a boo-boo, but tries to make up for it
- Nice Regina/Snow scene, Regina’s face when Snow mentioned about the school and Hyde/Frankenstein doing a science class

- So Hyde is out and teaming up with EQ, watch out SB…

I think the character scenes made up for this eppy

, particularly David/Belle, Rumbelle and David/Gold. I think because of the main Cinderella storyline, I wasn’t much that interested in it, probably because I hadn’t seen her for ages, if she was more regular, that might have changed. Enjoyed the characters scenes, really good selection of them and still getting the S1 feel, which is all good

Well, didn't mister Carlyle killed us all last night

The accent, the cuteness of using a taperecorder, the sweet thought, Belle caressing the stomach

Loved the sheepbros scene too, long time no see! And willing or not, Charming is still Rumple's wingman

Lana still slaying it as the EQ, I also liked how she talked to Henry about being as much his mother than the other Regina (and that outfit! Go Eduardo!!!!!!!!)

Liked the Snowing scenes too, nice to have them having a more-than-one-episode-long SL this season. And Josh and Ginny are just too cute

I liked the Snow/Regina scene too, but isn't Whale the only doctor in town? Maybe it's best he doesn't quit his job for science classes

And why has he turned Frankestein again. Early middle-age crisis?

Gotta love Leory getting things done and throwing some shades at Emma

Cinderella SL was nice even if not particularly engaging for me, but it definetely got a S1 vibe.

And floof-disappearing act finally comes into play next episode

Once again they painted Rumple as a frightening person to make deals with but so far he only wanted Belle/Baby protected and a message sent to Belle for baby

Whale's comment to Jekyl/Snow/Emma cracked me up "Careful if you look in my frig - thats not food"
