They sell Hamish where I am (NY) and I'm sure you could buy the DVD on Amazon.com. If you've got an all-region DVD player, you could buy it on Amazon.co.uk.
I adore this show - and I actually got to visit the town where it was filmed. I can try and post photos if you'd like - it's just an adorable, wonderful Scottish town (called Plockton). __________________

The last episode is so moving! Hamish finally gets his girl, John dies and then you're laughing because they have to smuggle the stone of scone back into Westminster Abbey before it gets moved back to Scotland.

I'll be honest, I preferred Alex to Isobel, but on the other hand I never saw most of S3 .......I still need to watch that.
