Had to go to the A+E yesterday

, because of the pain I was in. The nurse and doctor were really nice and told me the best course of action to take and they gave me more drugs

they are working atm, so

I hope you weren't sitting around A&E in pain for too long! You still waiting for Physio?

It's been chilly outside for the past week, and the forecast says we could even see some snowflakes next week

, we had storm weather over the weekend, but it seems to have calmed down a bit now...

. Mel I wasn't waiting around for too long, which I was thankful for, I'm not going to go for physio, but i've got exercisers to do at home which help and the drugs are kicking in.

Next thing is really whether to go back to work tomorrow full time or just be there for a few hours just depends how the pain is and what work says..

Proud of myself for running for 50 minutes yesterday nearly non-stop. My fitness is finally getting better.
