Waige family costume ideas!

Walter as a computer, Paige as a keyboard and Ralph as a mouse. Paige would spend hours explaining to them both that Ralph's costume as an actual - ie furry - mouse is what makes it funny.

I also thought of Han Solo, Princess Leia and C3PO. At first I was going to have Ralph as R2D2 or an Ewok - but he's gotten too tall for that

Walter could be water... Paige, Ice... Ralph, gas.

Or, Walter could be a king; Paige, a queen; and Ralph, the chessboard, lmao. Or he could be their little knight.

I would vote for Cassat of those two. Frida Kahlo abhorred white people for the way her people were treated and I think Paige would have too much respect for her to dress up as her.

Sadly, the selection of well-known women artists is thin.

Ralph is at an awkward age. He's too big for the really cute stuff, but not big enough for the more adult costumes. I was also thinking they could do Pongo and Perdita and Patch. But that might make it look like they just all dressed like Dalmations.

I think Ralph is at an age where he will choose his own costume separate from Walter and Paige he already chooses his own haircut

I think Ralph might be excited enough about the new situation to want to be a part of it this year. Next year he can assert his independence.
