I completely forgot Kevin Weisman was going to be back!!! I actually hope he's not part of the illusions and actually returns towards the end of the show. I'd like him to look at Walt and Paige and be like: WHY YOU NO DATING?!

I don't know what I want - like I would love for him to be around in 'real life' but it doesn't seem he's around after that so I'd hate for us to 'get him back' on the show only to have him leave again.

Especially if he leaves 'for good' like Patrick just did.

I think one of my favorite parts of this ep was Walter's pep talk for Cabe. The fact that he knows Cabe so well is a testament to how close they are.

While I loved all of the Waige interactions, I have to say all of Cabe's hallucinations were my favorite!!! I kept howling with laughter lmao.

Making the Cabe/Allie thing an actual sitcom had me laughing so hard my sides hurt. And then Ray's part was hysterical. Normally I don't like ageist jokes, at least not that many directed at a single person who was sad about it, but the way they did it, especially since it was in Cabe's head, really worked with me.

That was a great episode! My favorite parts were definitely the Happy hallucinations and dream. I also really liked the Ralph/Toby interactions. I'd love to see them paired up more often.

I loved the Cabe/Allie sitcom. That was hilarious. And since the jokes were all basically representations of Cabe's own issues - and not something actually directed at him by another person - they didn't really bother me too much either.

Yeah, exactly. Though I felt so bad for him, some of the jokes paired in multi-cam sitcom format had me dying.

I also said this in the Paige/Sly thread, but she did a great job of playing the bully that I'm not sure if I should be impressed or concerned.

The Happy stuff was my favorite in the personal sense, but I don't know if I can ever rewatch the ep because it just made me so sad. Like it ended wonderfully, but getting a glimpse of the repeated crushing disappointment that she suffered growing up just hurts too much. Like I'm glad we saw it, it's the good kind of hurts, but it's still the 'hard to watch' hurts. Like Dominoes is far and away my favorite episode of the show, but I rarely rewatch it because I get too emotional.

I really wonder how much lingering effects of this we'll see. I mean, at the end of the episode, Cabe basically let Allie know that he is who he is, glasses, carnivore and all and she was okay with it, so I expect he's going to be at least somewhat less concerned about growing older. Sly obviously found the courage to face Patel - and pretty much wipe the floor with him. Sly, of course, has been gradually finding his courage throughout the entire series, so for him, this is yet another step in that direction.

The one I really wonder about is Happy. She had a nice dream, but will we find that she's a bit less focused on the idea that everyone in her life eventually leaves her, and allow herself to enjoy the relationships she has?
