She's in Vancouver now working on a movie (about someone I know a lot about and creeps me the heck out :lol:) but she's donated to the organization and plans to still go to Jordan at a later date.

I saw her Instagram about that. I hope she enjoys her time there but - :P on the subject matter of that movie.

She is traveling for a wedding this weekend. I bet she'll be glad to be back home once all this excitement is over!

She posted an IG story yesterday I think of a location shoot, so I think she got back Monday or Tuesday.

She posted a thing today with one of her co-stars in his period "costume" - from the 70s. I'm not proud to say my first thought was about how cool his outfit looks. I'm still a child of my era. :P

I know she's excited about this movie and all, but I don't think I'd watch it. I don't want to see her being beaten and ultimately killed.

I agree. That would be hard to watch. I usually don't care for that type of movie anyway, so I have no plans to see it. I'm glad Kat is getting the opportunity to do things other than Scorpion, because that's good for her. But that doesn't mean I want to see a movie that I know I wouldn't enjoy.

Yeah, it's something I may have watched because of my long time interest in what the movie is about, but I just don't think I can see it because it's Kat. She posted on her IG story of her with bruise makeup on today and maybe it's just my current mental state but I almost lost it even though I knew it wasn't real. When it's an actress you love that's played a character you love it becomes harder to separate fiction from reality (and in this case it's even harder since it is about a true story).

Is your interest in the Robert Durst case specifically, or in similar cases in general?

It's interesting that this is the something like the third movie about Durst, considering his trial is pending.

That whole general area. I watch Forensic Files and FBI Files and 48 Hours and all of those shows. So I've read and watched a lot about Durst.

I wonder how much longer she'll be filming. I'm always a little surprised at how little time is spent in actual filming compared to the total amount of time it takes to make a movie. I think most movies are shot in somewhere between two to three months, but the entire process is around two the three years.

She posted on May 15th that she was going to be in Vancouver for a month. So my guess is she's almost done.

Yeah, it's so pretty up there - so I've heard. Roxanne has been. I have always wanted to go to Vancouver, but not yet.

Kat's been posting about doing a movie with Cuba Gooding, Jr. Anyone know anything more about that?

I have no idea what it's called or what it's about, other than what I can garner from her instagram.
