Based on the hairline, especially on the side, I'd say it's a wig. She probably has to keep her current haircut for a little while in case they need to do some IT reshoots.

I admit I'm not thrilled about this one, as it was written by a man who assaulted two of his ex-girlfriends and I'm bummed that Jessica decided to go ahead with this script, so I can only hope it's at least good. But yeah, I have low expectations about this project.

was she contractually obligated before finding out about the indefensible nature of the writer's actions? it's pretty much a career-killer to break a contract in Hollywood, what with blacklisting and plenty of executives who still practice the harvey weinstein method of killing careers because you are deemed 'difficult'.
