I’m gonna go have a little sit and cry in the shower now I fell in the kitchen tonight at work (luckily no one saw as the restaurant was closed and the manager and waitress wasn’t looking ) but my god my back and knee are killing me

Basically we were really busy on Saturday and one chef down and by the time I was closing the kitchen I was so tired and tried to kick a rubbish box out of the kitchen instead of just picking it up the box got caught on a tile and I fell over it but my back, hip and knee are killing me

I’m still in agony, I was trying to roll out dough for pizzas today and my arms were protesting against me

I suffer really bad from problems with my feet and it’s to the point I need to go to the doctors because I could cry with the pain. I hate going though, I normally have to be dying to go to the doctors but I need referred to a specialist and I can’t go on with the pains anymore.
