my knee is killing me (it's the one that I got surgery for 3 years ago, broke my LCA and got a new one)...it's been acting out all day, losing balance, pain and weird feeling...but other than that, perfect

I put heat on it...it's weird bc some position are fine but an hour later the same one is not fine...it's weird. thanks

Betty My knee feels a bit better but not perfect yet...I can't keep still...I have to move to not feel pain... __________________
