I don't know... foster care is not great, look what happened to Deb on Shameless in foster care and there is much much worse. Foster kids are very vulnerable

I would hope because there is some good foster care families out there but also so many bad ones to go along with it I hope everything worked out for him, maybe he had a relative that did not get involved in that kind of life. I hope it was a good ending for him
