I'm not sure how I feel today. :(

The family dog died this morning and everything just seems so opaque in my life right now. I feel like I just want to cry at everything, it is literally like losing a piece of me.

Thanks both :hug: my family has always had dogs but this is the first one that I was old enough to remember... Think I was like 3 when the last one died, so this time around its cut deep. It's weird not seeing him around :bawl:

Victoria, he was old. We took him to the vets about 6 months ago and they said his lungs were flooding with water, that they could empty them one time but we had to prepare for the worst because he wouldn't last long. He lasted much longer than they said he would. He was having fits the other night and when we took him to the vets they said the best cause was to let him go. :(

Sorry I only made like 5 posts yesterday, I woke up ill and didn't feel up to posting. Today I am much worse :( I'm gonna head off now and just nap in bed. I might be back later today. I don't know the timezones but maybe about 6-8 hours after this post :hug:
