They just did this group interview thing where they split us into three groups of 4 and they gave us all a random gaming product and was like "sell it to us." But I know nothing about xbox... and when our group struggled they just basically ignored our attempts.

Trying to debate whether it's worse deleting all the dp in almost every thread from the last week

I don't understand why you have to sell x-box to a customer when the interview was for a cinema? It was for a cinema, right?

It's a rule for Moderators that it's your duty to delete DP

So i've always deleted them, but i don't know what the rule is if the forums been as much as a pain as it has been?

No yesterday's was for a game shop, tomorrow's is for the cinema. I'm worried about that one, it's the same job i applied for before but i don't know what to wear, i don't want to wear the same thing again.

sourburst, I remember an interview where the person who interviewed me, he asked me to take a personality test for a job.

I agreed to it, but you know if you're going to base a person's qualifications on their personality, that is just wrong. Those tests can be easily cheated on too because all the answers are based on how you feel at the moment. There is no right or wrong answer. It's not a good very standard.

I could be perfectly qualified for the job too given my background but I didn't get the job because I didn't have the 'right personality' for it. Whether you get the job or not, the qualifications for it should always be what is your working history. If you have the right experience for it, that is what should be looked at.

I've had interviews where it is all a tick-box thing, with four set questions, and they give you points on saying the right buzz-words or phrases which they're looking for. No eye-contact, no how are you - getting to know you... I hated it so much I stopped trying for those jobs. It was all based on how eloquently you could talk about yourself, and not if you could actually do the job.

I don't own any pants or tops that are smart. I only own skating clothes.
