Just got to see it! My thoughts in no particular order:
I liked the theme of the hyacinths, they were the flower there when Henry first met Cinderella and then he was putting them on his wife and child's grave, (which had disappeared) and then one grew in the garden.
I thought Andrew did remind me of Jared at times.
It was nice to see how Henry had learnt from his family to swordfight and dance.
Lady Tremaine seems a good villain so far.
Not sure if the step-sister is villain or victim.
The flashbacks were dull, but that's often the case on this show.
Loved seeing Hook with a prosthetic hand and actually using it! It was awesome to see him driving. Wanted more Hook but that goes without saying. :) He seems the only only decent cop in the place, so him being teamed up with Rumple who's bragging about breaking fingers, and pushing people's heads under water... :eek:
I liked Regina's new look. Totally agree her speech went on far too long. It reminded me of that dumb speech Sam had at the end of The Two Towers.
In conclusion I really, really wanted to love the new characters, as it's their story now, but I really don't know what Alice is doing, I know next to nothing about Drizella, and I know quite a bit about Cinderella, but I'm really not sure if I like her. :shrug:
I'll watch it again and see if I like it any better.
