Yes, I mean it's a stage horse but even so you would think there would be more of a reaction.

How do stage horses even get..idk created or picked?

because a horse is a horse and will react like a horse.

Well I would think they are exposed to loud noises and bright lights and stuff like that so that they don't freak out so much. They probably also pick horses with a calmer temperament, too.
