I agree, Ray. :love: The book sometimes moved a little slow IMO, on the movie you didn't feel that at all.

I liked both equally :love: It's hard for me to choose.. because they did such a good job of the adaption. Everyone fit their roles perfectly. I just wished they would have let Minho have more sass (here's hoping for 'TST') :lol: And I did miss Newt calling Thomas, Tommy :love:

I watched the movie a few days ago. I loved it! I really have to start reading the books now :lol: I'm very curious about what happens next

Aw, I'm sure that at least here on the board we'll try not to reveal too much or things that are like major;

I know, I didn't mean here. it's not too risky here because as I see there are lots of separate threads for the books and the next movie. but on other sites like tumblr I've already seen things I didn't want to even if I don't search for it.
the series was already on my list before the movie came out but I haven't had time for it, and now I can't delay it any longer :goof:

I just follow one TMR blog on tumblr and now that the movie is out, they're really good at focusing on that and not posting big things that happen in other books. :nod:

IA. Some parts of the book did drag for me, but seeing it live on screen-I guess because it was brought to life it really just kept you in the action.

I just finished the 1st book. wow, very different from the movie but I love both :D
I wish Thomas and Teresa's connection had been shown a bit better on film :sigh: but other than that it's a great adaptation I think. gonna start The Scorch Trials as soon as I can :lol:

I definitely agree with that, there was so little of the "weirdness" of their connection and how much they were connected.
