I kind of can relate because I tend to ignore information and gossips about actors and celebrities and have my mind blown once they become old news. For instance, until a year or so ago I had no idea that Bryce Dallas Howard was Ron Howard's daughter. But unlike Woody in that case I can claim that there was no physical resemblance to cue me in.

i think i was surprised once before from someone not knowing they were related too. so i guess he shouldn't feel that embarrassed, i just thought everyone knew about the Hemsworths.
