think the anxiety/depression has always been there and not surprised, my 30 years of living have been a living hell but it never really showcasted which is probably why when it exploded in my face in January, it was a long/messy/ugly breakdown

My official return is meant for 28th of this month but just getting an initial counselling session the day before I'm going to try hard to get my leave extended because I really don't want to return to work until this is all figured out. I personally feel that I will be unable to continue to work at the place but I don't know anything which is why I'm just going to lay it all out and fully do what's need to get this figured

do you know where the depression/enxiety comes from? or is that what youu are figuring it out? why u have it

Yea that's the thing - I don't know - had a bad childhood and life so always thought suppressed depression which guess had anxiety cause when my doctor said anxiety was like a loghtbulb went off where think it was there always but didn't know

I'm really gonna push for extension cause I don't want to return to work - personally want to be told unable to return to that job and move forward to another career if I can even work again

im going to the doctor on friday getting checked for breastcancer, just because i have never been checked for it before, and then also something with my throat its very weird. so i dont hope its so serious, i just fear it a bit :/
