What is your opinion on episode discussion
 previously we did a thread per week where each thread got its own thread  am alright with that but mostly they don't go past page 1 in the thread, so found a board that did a single episode discussion where they just updated the title and then had a cool little banner where each week post the information in that threadFor better info  here's the examplehttp://www.fanforum.com/f347/tvd-dis...15-a-63133359/ __________________

I like that idea! Some people do that for the Survivor Game too; change title after each Survivor ends and change it to a new Survivor topic when ready for next set.

I think official because seen that image on an actual poster, I believe, with CW logo. It was posted somewhere on these boards; one of the Arrow related boards.

Not in my oppinion.
It was the big public anticipated reveal of the new Arrow suit. Stephen went on stage in that suite. And did the new intro in it. It's more a promo picture than anything else. Just like promos aren't actual spoilers, since they're officially released. __________________

That's what I think too. That picture is seen on lots of Arrow news articles; and not ones that say "Arrow spoiler". And he wears that suit on those promo videos; if those are allowed, it should be just fine!
