We found that out when he wasn't too angry with Felicity for being in contact with the team :lol:

They were such a happy, in love, healthy, adult couple in the premiere.

Felicity brings out a softer side in him I think. Oliver seems more accepting of Laurel and his sister as masked heroes now which is great, because he'll need a lot of help.
