Sam was supposed to attend a fan convention in Rome a few weeks ago, but due to his Outlander filming schedule, he was forced to cancel. To make up for it, he scheduled a fan meet and greet this weekend. Here are some pics:

I'm not sure why he and the interviewer are wearing matching white coats... Or why Sam put on what looks like a shower cap at one point...
