I'm not ready for this finale tonight. :bawl: I feel like we won't be seeing on screen what happened to Roger and Brianna either until next series. I'm curious to see whether they changed it from the book.

I'm way far away from being here, so I don't mind being spoiled... what happens in the books? I did read a recap at least because I was curious before I started watching the series, so I know they went through time but more than likely did not end up where they were hoping to.

And Season final already... It went by so fast...

Oh my god. I’d just watched Star Wars 9 which was dreadful and decided to watch this to make myself feel better. Me and my partner can’t even deal!

Claire being gang raped was horrible to watch and it actually broke me that the first thing she wanted to know is if Marsali was alive. Also, Marsali was a boss! Killing him was a mercy, if I was her I’d have cut his eyelids off and slit his throat.

I'm only on episode 6 of Season 1… knowing that basically everyone on this show gets raped ...most of them extremely brutally… it's gonna take me a lot of time to catch up.

There are only 3 bad ones, in terms of watching it, I'd say there's 1 brutal one (Jamie). If you can get through that the other 2 bad ones aren't so bad in comparison. They give you breathers where they go to another scene, whereas Jamie's was smack bang the whole thing for an hour.

Wow, sounds really dark in a way...

It can be, but then it was back then. You should still really watch it though. It's still filled with romance, sci-fi, fantasy, civil wars etc. And the rape is only ever there to push the plot forward.

Oh, I am still gonna watch it... Dont worry about that...
