Well Vigilante is a meta so it's not shameful that Oliver can't beat him right away and reviews are just one person opinion, they' don't all agree (Arrow Recap: Original Team Arrow Returns - Today's News: Our Take | TV Guide, Arrow Season 6 Episode 10 Review: "Divided" ) and even if they all agreed it would just nothing more than someone opinion :shrug:

Yeah. Oliver learning to trust and rely on partners is a thing, doesn't mean he has to trust everyone and need dozens of people for every mission. It's not like if they've been shown to be that useful anyway
