Yeah I'm hoping it would be an end of the series thing if it happens (I generally don't like change, even Terry possibly becoming Lt. makes me nervous

). I would think it could happen if Holt retires in the very last episode or something, or J/A move away or something else totally devastating

I have to think Amy would have to be transferred because logically Terry would be promoted as he's Sargent. Unless he doesn't want to be captain.
