  Peralta's jumbo inflatable Christmas tree took over the breakroom. I loved that Sarge had to dive through the breakroom window to escape from it. The squad is going head-to-head against the MTA in the charity caroling competition. Bring. It. On!  I loved that Peralta helped Boyle to get Captain Latvia for Nikolaj. Quote:

  Oh, definitely! He's a wonderful friend.  The squad's angel is a criminal...and a drunk. Boyle crushed the mugs with his bare hands, but Peralta couldn't do the same. Poor Peralta.    I knew that there was going to be some criminal activity that was delaying the delivery of Captain Latvia, but I didn't expect gun-running Latvian gangsters. Thankfully, Peralta and Boyle are on the job.   __________________

 There is no way the Nine-Nine is going to get through the competition without something going wrong.  Daddy strength is no laughing matter. Santiago's pits were bone-dry. By-the-book Santiago was completely okay with the drunk singing in their group. Well, that was surprising. Quote:

^ I'm sorry I disappeared. I got distracted by the NBA Finals.
 That is the lesson that I learned.  I loved that Peralta stopped Boyle from going in by himself and facing off against the ten gun-toting Latvian guys in the warehouse. I also loved that Peralta told Boyle that the best gift he could give Nikolaj was Boyle being there for him as his father.  Aw, Peralta gave Boyle the best present -- the cop action figure that he gave Nikolaj.  I loved that Scully taught everyone that being together as a family is what Christmas is all about. The squad caroling -- they were terrible but it was sweet. Quote:
