The Flash is so fast, why doesn't he just speed put those power dampening cuffs on her before she even has a chance to see him? Instead he wastes time with conversation beforehand allowing her to do something.

* Why does Cecile keep forgetting Iris exists? When I say that, I mean Cecile is acting as if she’s the only one affected by Joe’s death; then claiming that she knows Barry better than anyone else. What is with this unacceptable Iris-erasure?
* Barry: tells Jefferson about Despero Jefferson: And you believe him? Jefferson asking the real questions here. Barry seems so ready to take Despero at his word that he doesn’t even consider another speedster may have caused the Armageddon? Especially since Thawne already threatened to come back? Barry would benefit from a little more critical thinking sometimes. * The sparkly floaty stuff Iris was seeing reminded me of those video game graphics that appear when you’re supposed to take a closer look at something. Speaking of which – is Iris’s time sickness connected to what Thawne is doing in 2031? Did he change something in her past to ensure the 2031 future? If so, here’s a possible theory: Just like Iris is Barry’s lightning rod, maybe he's a tether for her as well. Perhaps Eobard has been attempting to alter something in the past to prevent Iris and Barry from being together, but their connection is too strong, so Iris is "glitching" in and out of time, but always coming back to the timeline where she's with Barry. (maybe it's taken Eobard another 10 years to figure it out, hence why we only see the change in 2031). * Despero went all “Scanners” on Dillon. I was waiting for her head to explode, but alas - this show is rated PG. Too bad… * I wish we got Matt Letscher as Eobard again. He was an awesome Eobard. Way more animated, and less whispery/stoic. Also - not Tom Cavanaugh. No hate on my fellow Canadian of course, but we’ve seen Tom as so many other characters on this show, his Eobard now makes me roll my eyes and sigh “him again?”. Too much of a good (?) thing, I guess. (Not to mention: People always seem to continue calling Thawne “Wells” when Tom plays him). * Looks like Alex is going to get some actual stuff to do now, instead of appearing on a computer screen for 2 minutes * Nice to see Ryan and … erm… Ryan in 2031 (Wilder and Choi). __________________

Yeah from the clips I've seen it does show Cecile cares more bout Joe death than anyone else whixh makes no sense.
I do agree with Tom I love him but he is always coming back haha.. I wish they used him properly __________________
