Agreed I would want Joe to get HIS OWN little storyline - doesn't need focus and can be background but still enough that we see

Arrow was able to do it well with Quentin|Donna who I miss

He needs his own life he can still be seen with the Team but at the same time he needs to back away from being a worry worry regarding his kids he needs to trust them and needs to be happy aka see more with Cecile
