When Oliver made Andy understand why he did the things he did when Andy was a rookie and she though he was just waiting time but he was prepairing her to be a TO and be always knew she could do it

OH YES, that would be amazing.

Oliver's love for the new rookies is the sweetest. When I like Oliver, I can't help but think of the very first episode when we first saw all of them. In the bar trying to see who can get the cuffs off first. First impressions are what I remember most!

That pretty much sums him up.

It's too hard to pick a favourite Oliver scene, because he has so many great moments with the various rookies.
