Description :

"The Eighth Witch" - When Drizella threatens the realm with a dark curse, Henry and Ella take extreme actions to protect Lucy and the others; and Regina is forced into making an unimaginable choice. In Hyperion Heights, Roni recruits Henry to travel to San Francisco to search for her sister, but when he learns Lucy has fallen unconscious, Henry rushes to be by her side. Meanwhile, Gothel earns the trust of Anastasia and the consequences of their budding relationship could prove to be fatal, on "Once Upon a Time," FRIDAY, DEC. 15 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.

Thanks for starting the thread Suz. I'm looking forward to this episode. I think we might finally find out what the consequence of breaking the curse is and I'm guessing it ties into this choice Regina has to make that is mentioned in the press release.

I would be great if it something no one has thought of. I'm thinking that Drizella either made Regina make a choice between 2 people that she loves (Henry and Lucy? Henry and Jacinda?) or she somehow put Regina in a position where Regina had to cast the curse because it was the better of 2 horrible options.

Yes, I expect something predictable along those lines unless maybe Storybrooke is threatened and Regina has to make a choice between sparing themselves or saving the town?

Since we're probably going to find out tonight, who do you all think cast the curse? The press release seems to hint that it wasn't Drizella.

I'm wondering if it was Regina. Maybe whatever Drizella did that Regina was so upset about when she "woke up" in 7x06 somehow made it necessary for the curse to be cast? (There are no spoilers floating around about this, I'm completely guessing.)

It could be Gothel but that seems kind of predictable.

I'm also expecting there to be a time travel element to it since Adam has said the events in HH are taking place in 2017. There's no other way I can think of for Henry to have been 10 in 2011 and now an adult with a 10 year old child in 2017.

My guess is that Regina was manipulated into casting the curse for some reason. And the reason is likely Henry. I think Gothel was probably behind the manipulation of getting it cast for her own reasons (ie. She is probably the s7 Rumple in that regard).
