I blew my tire on Wednesday night on the way home from work! I hit a big divot right off the side of the road. Luckily, I was like 2 feet from an apartment complex and could pull in to call my mom. Had to call a service guy who came in 30 minutes and changed my tire. Thankfully, my mom had purchased a full tire as a spare, so I've been able to drive on it just like normal.

Tomorrow's the day! My mom and I are going to this car place to see if we can sell my Sonic. Hoping they'll take it and I'll get a little money for it to help pay my mom back for all the repairs I made to it (for nothing might I add!!!!).

So, I got $6,000 for my car!!!!!!!!

Once the money is deposited in my checking account I can finally pay my mom off. It will be sometime middle of next week since it's the weekend and my bank isn't the fastest to process outside funds.

I'll still have a nice chunk of change to finally get a new phone and a computer that I put off getting.

Gonna follow the good news streak. Guess who got tickets to go see Wiz Kahlifa and Snoop Dogg in Brooklyn in august!? I listen to them but not a full blown go crazy fan but my friend is going and she goes let’s make it a moms night out so I went to my mom who said she’d babysit. I don’t know if I’m excited for the concert or a couple days away without kids . (Love them but it’s something so much needed).

Sorry I’ve been so quiet on here lately. Work has been so busy, we’re still dealing with a huge backlogs of emails from when our IT system switched over so we’ve been offered overtime and they’ve just started an incentive of £400 bonus for doing 30 hours over in the next two weeks (on top of regular overtime pay) so I’ve been doing 12 hour days lately. I’m also still doing my management coursework around that and have my first presentation due tomorrow. Eeek.

Although a twelve hour day only counts as 4 overtime as the other 8 are my regular hours for the day. I’m aiming to get them done as quick as I can and then maybe some more after I hit the 30. After we hit the 30 we can’t get any extra incentive.

Thank you! If there’s one thing that makes me uncomfortable it’s doing a presentation, pretty sure I haven’t done one since school

I've only seen Wiz Khalifa perform on TV at the NASCAR Clash at the Coliseum earlier this year. I'm in no way a fan of that type of music, but he did put on a good 20-25 minute show. Hope you have fun, Sandy!
