"Reckoning" - In the second installment of the Castle two-parter, stakes rise as the 12th Precinct matches wits with serial killers Jerry Tyson (3XK) and Dr. Kelly Nieman. I've got to start posting more on this board. I used to a long while back when it first opened.

Holy fk- Stana may not have had a lot of screen time but the stuff she did have was incredible.

And OMFG- that Firefly/Serenity reference, freakin' badass!!!! :thud:

I really was on the edge of my seat while watching - Castle was just so determined, and Tyson and Nieman make an awesome killer couple.

Stana - man, she's just great. The look in her eyes - determined, sure, "I will kill you!" - and Nieman looking so surprised and confused - just great acting from everyone in this episode.

I just can't get over it - if they'll address Kate needing therapy after this, or if it's just assumed she does. Castle might wanna join her for all I know.

A fanfic brought it to my attention - Kate stabbed Nieman. Well, supposedly. We don't know, after all, but she definitely cut her - it had to have reminded her of her mom. Kinda interesting.

Anyway, I'm just glad they're dead now.

This was one of the darkest episodes.

Oh, and the reunion - and Castle's back at the precinct, working on his 1,000 social hours :lol: I loved how they brought him back, and Kate being insanely happy about it.

I loved that part too :lol:

We had a lot of stress before we could watch it (as in, no WiFi to download, and a really crappy ABC signal), but we did.

I agree with Kathrin! It was a pretty intense episode, but I loved it.
Caskett scenes at the end were cute.:love:
