So what did you guys think?
I really enjoyed it, it had some fun elements to it (loved Ryan and Espo going all 21 Jump Street so unconvincingly ) but also some sweet moments with Castle and Beckett despite everything. He knows that she loves him which is so important right now. And Beckett's right, it's only a matter of time before he figures out what she's investigating. Also Castle looked adorable in his glasses and bow tie.  __________________

I liked it.
I enjoyed it. I just... I can't enjoy it as much as I would if they weren't separated. It hurts to see them together and not being able to act on it. Castle really is confused and he and everyone don't understand. I get what Kate is getting at, but it's all still so pointless when they're all there with her. I guess we'll wait and see. I hope we get some kind of 'payoff' in the end. Ryan and Espo, though  __________________

I agree, Kathrin. They took a huge risk with this storyline so let's hope it's worth it.
Castle remembering what made Kate fell in love with him is sweet, but him trying to win her back makes it sound like he did something wrong. I enjoyed their scenes together though. At least we know they still clearly love each other. I love how they ended up solving the case together  Espo and Ryan always make me laugh __________________

And you were right Kathrin, no mention of where Kate is staying
We know it's not Lanie because "you never called me back" or Vikram because "thanks for meeting me" so I wonder where she is living. Perhaps with her dad? (I know it's not important but it's bugging me lol)__________________

It's bugging me, too... I think she lives by herself somewhere, so to not bring the killers to her loved ones? Could be a reason. Maybe we'll learn at some point, but I doubt it, in one interview Hawley or Winter said 'she's staying somewhere'

It would make sense if she stayed somewhere by herself, as like you said she'd put her loved ones in danger if she stayed with them.

It had some funny scenes. I liked the Caskett prison scene and the boys dressing up as students  __________________
