Lost in Florence
Eric Lombard is at a crossroads – does he continue to pursue his long-shot dream of playing professional football,
or does he start the next phase of his life, and apply to law school? As he struggles with this decision, Eric – along with
his longtime girlfriend, Colleen – visits his cousin in Florence. There, to his surprise, he gets involved with the ancient
local sport of Calcio Storico – and everything that Eric has assumed about his life is challenged.
Anna
Anna is Eric's cousin who now lives in Italy with Florentine hubby Gianni. She teaches Italian to foreigners.

“It’s such a unique pleasure to sit here and listen to everyone kind of chatting in Italian and trying to work out the shots and everybody is really adamant that it has to be as good as they can possibly make it. Everyone’s got an opinion from, you know, from the gaffer to the grip to the DP of course. It’s very Italian in that way, you know. It’s a community thing, so I’m enjoying it. I’m enjoying kind of hanging out and just savouring the wonderful gift that it is to be a part of this.” - Stana
