Absentia General Discussion #4: Because the premiere is only a few weeks away!
Absentia General Discussion  The cast members:Written/executive produced by Matt Cirulnick (South Beach), based on a pilot script originally written by Gaia Violo, Absentia centers on an FBI agent, to be played by Katic. While hunting one of Boston’s most notorious serial killers, the FBI agent disappears without a trace and is declared dead. Six years later, she is found in a cabin in the woods, barely alive and with no memory of the years she was missing. Returning home to learn her husband has remarried and her son is being raised by another woman, she soon finds herself implicated in a new series of murders. I wonder how long the episodes will be... I guess 60 minutes with commercials. I don't know if AXN does commercial breaks - wait and see it is
 Showcase surely has commercials, I don't know - I can ask Canadian friends, though. Or maybe someone knows? They said they're 10 episodes, 60 minutes each. I'm not sure how long the one was we saw in Monte Carlo. Scenes might get cut - I so don't like it. So curious how Comeback will be different from what we saw. If it's streamed it might be all the same, though. __________________

I'm guessing 60 minutes with commercial breaks...if there's no commercial breaks than I'm assuming a little less about what Castle is on the DVDs. I guess we'll see, just about every TV station here in the US does commercials not sure how Europe is.

Hmm, the average seems to shows scheduled for an hour but with commercial breaks so the actual show time is around 45 minutes over (if it's not on the BBC where there's no ad breaks so it's around 60 minutes for those shows). Of course steaming can be any length. It's an AXN production so guaranteed to be on their networks so maybe they're going by that
 I don't know about commercials on AXN (tried googling but found nothing)__________________

I watch AXN sometimes. I they don't have commercial break during the movies/series, I think. In between shows, yes.
Oh, I haven't asked my Canadians about Showcase yet! Gotta do that. But yeah, we'll learn anyway  __________________
