Aram Mojtabai, a FBI computer specialist is instantly impressed when he meets Samar Navabi, a Mossad agent recruited by the FBI. Whenever he is around her acts a little nervous but after a while he is more comfortable around her. When Samar is infected with the plague and ends up in the hospital Aram is the one by her side waiting for her to wake up. He starts to develop some feelings for her. When Samar is taken hostage by Luther Braxton, Aram is very worried about her. When Samar safely returns to the Post Office Aram is so surprised to see her that he hugs her. She didn't see that coming and awkwardly hugs him back. Does Samar have feelings for Aram as well?
Will they move forward from just being just colleagues to being something more?

Samar: "When Liz called I wasn't thinking. His laptop, he must have left it at my work station. I don't know, it was just there. Aram, please."

Aram: "She's in trouble."
Samar: "I know, and I'm angry about that. because if she'd behaved differently, she wouldn't be in this position."
Aram: "But she is. And no matter how we feel, I think we have to do something about it."

Aram: "If you don't help, and something happens to Agent Keen or Agnes, I know you. You won't be able to live with yourself."

Aram: "Uh, it's, uh.. it's not. I tried to re-create it using a hex editor and a customized bit of forensic software to carve it off the drive.."

Aram: "I've never been on the sending side of one of these deals. Yeah, I don't know if I can do this."

Aram: "No, no. What, am I gonna shoot my girlfriend?"
Samar: "She's not your girlfriend. She's a hostile operative, and you are a trained federal agent. I'm not sending you in there without a piece. Do you understand me?"

Samar: "I know, but I promise you'll be fine. I'll have your back. No safety catch to worry about. You just draw, point, and shoot.

Samar: "But they better get there before I do because I will mess that bitch up."

Samar: "Oh, yeah. Really. Okay. Good luck."
Aram: "That dream date... The crispy beef, ginger beer... That was all you, wasn't it? I knew it was too good to be true."

Samar: "No. You were human. You wanted something, and she was trained to exploit that."
