Honestly, I truly believe Mrs. Holden being kind of a Ressler here... I believe that she is not a criminal but I'm not sure if she might do everything to step up for her election.

I thought she would be the actual prosecutor?? Surprised to see the guy prosecuting Red. She must be the boss.

What is the pharmacist making. At first I thought Red knew about Samar but that can't be it. Is something wrong with liz from the coma? We know Reds lungs are injured. Could it be Dom.

My husband even wondered if Red had Kaplan somewhere.

Now I'm confused as well and I'm kind of confused with the titles... So that guy is a prosecutor, not an attorney or something else? I really don't get along with these titles well.

I have no idea what the pharmacist is working on... What if Red has somebody he wants to help? Like Josephine? But I guess that won't happen since she isn't suffering a disease.

District Attorney,DA, and prosecutor are all basically the same thing. You would have the DA who is the main boss, probably elected, and then prosecutors or Deputy DA who work for the main District Attorney. Does that make better sense?

Josephine! I didn't think of her. I think the time line is a clue. Red started this a year ago. I just don't know would that be last January. I don't know what time it is now.

Aww, yes, that makes sense now And the guy that was about to represent Red, what would he be called? Just lawyer or attorney or is it both the same as well? It's confusing because the District Attorney would be the one to represent the government and the attorney would be the one representing the accused?

Honestly, I don't believe it's Josephine but I had to think of her... I somehow think it might have to do with Kirk and his disease. That's how we would get back to what Red whispered in Kirk's ear And that would explain why Red is still alive as well.

Yes lawyer and attorney are the same.

And the guy prosecuting..

I would call him a Prosecutor, prosecuting attorney or a deputy district attorney. I think those would be the appropriate titles.

I think a person studies law and then is a lawyer and then you can choose what type of law you practice. You might defend people, prosecute people or choose a totally different type of law like civil.

I totally forgot about Josephine. But she didn't have a disease did she?

And why would Red want to find a cure for Kirk's disease. What would Red have to gain by that?

Maybe Red is sick himself? I really hope that won't be it but it would explain why he invested so much in the Pharmacists work.

Maybe something is still wrong with Red from the poisoning. We know his lungs were damaged.

Who knows what kind of knowledge the pharmacist has. Maybe no one is sick.

And honestly I kind of thought Red provided a cure to Kirk.

What would Red have to gain by that? That he is still alive? He would have been dead if not for whatever he whispered into Kirk's ear...
I'm really going with the Kirk theory here and you guys know, you can tell me that you told me so if it turns out to be total crap.

I rewatched last night and realized I need to clarify.

DA are in state court.

These persons are Federal prosecutors and called US Attorney or something like that.

I realized the difference because they tell Red the serial numbers being scraped off his gun make it a federal offense. Just gun possession would be a state offense.

I think that is why Red was so surprised. Because the gun was changed. He's smart enough to know what he can be charged with. And he wasn't prepared for that.

I think that's what Liz did and then called the federal prosecutor
