I was wondering the same... I really don't know. I'm wondering if Liz is careful when it comes to her daughter at least because otherwise it could be Agnes again who has to suffer her mother's trust in people she never met before in her life.

Yes Jennifer knows about Agnes.
 Liz told Jennifer about her in S5 when they just met. She told her that her daughter was with her grandmother so she could focus on finding Tom's killers.__________________
