You mean Wujing's target right? He is not going to go for Red first, he is going to go through everybody that Red cares for and then at the end, he will go for Red.

 Wujing didn't have anybody like family we knew about in the first episode he appeared in, did he? I don't think so because I really don't recall a wife or daughter or girlfriend or so. __________________
