He told her she crossed a line after she killed Connolly but I don't think he's ever told her anything other than he believes in her

Yes, I recall him telling her that after she killed Connelly but aside from that, I think he never did. I'm not completely certain when it comes to season 5 though.
You know what I don't recall? Did he find out that she stewmakered this guy in season 5? __________________

I think he knew she killed someone because she stole the evidence. But I don't know if he knew exactly what she did.

I agree with Marilyn. He knows that she killed somebody. Who else could she have gotten Navarro's eye? but I am not sure if he knows how she did it but he must assume something because she did get his eye and if you kill somebody "a normal way" you don't get his eye out..

I doubt he knew what exactly she did. He only found out that she killed somebody because Cooper asked him what he did with the things from the evidence... And he wasn't the one who stole it. He knew right away who it was.

I really don't know... I don't know if it actually all started when she found out that he had killed her father Sam. I always got the feeling that was the point where she lost trust in him. No matter what she might have decided or done afterwards, I think the break happened there.
