I loved that scene. We see Ressler realizing that not everything is black and white.

Even that scene when Liz gave them the case and said something like Reds morals wouldn't let him sale the nerve agent. Ressler kinda harrumphed but I think he knew no way would a Red do that.

Marilyn, I know what you mean when you talk about what TPTB tell us every time they are asked about Red... They tell us he is bad and he is supposed to be evil... But you are right, they sooo failed because he has such an amazing human side on himself.

Fangirl49 03-12-2018 11:25 AM

Whatever they thought they achieved with Red was a complete failure

Miranda 03-13-2018 11:42 AM

Yeah it was. We all see a totally different side of him.

Lauren Helen Graham 03-14-2018 01:49 PM

It's really crazy... I was so shocked when I heard that they wanted for him to be bad, even for viewers. :look: I'm wondering how they can be that blinded by what he is to us.

And even Ressler lost a lot of his hate for him.

Miranda 03-15-2018 10:26 AM

Yes, Ressler pov towards Red has definitly changed over the years and a lot of hate has gone away.

Lauren Helen Graham 03-16-2018 02:21 PM

I hope it'll stay that way... But somehow Ressler seems to be on the sideline lately. I don't know but I miss his involvement. He is barely existent.

Miranda 03-18-2018 05:46 AM

Yeah I have that feeling as well. Maybe it is because of what he has been through with Prescott?

Lauren Helen Graham 03-18-2018 01:22 PM

I think that might be true... Or maybe it's just the revenge storyline that took over  with Tom's death, everything changed.

Miranda 03-19-2018 11:48 AM

I did change but not so much for Ressler right? I think it's because of Prescott and what he had to do.

Lauren Helen Graham 03-20-2018 01:47 PM

Hm... For Ressler that might be true. I guess his relationship could have changed because of the Prescott incident. But it changed in a good way IMO.

Miranda 03-21-2018 11:06 AM

Yes I think so too. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if Rd wouldn't have helped him.

Lauren Helen Graham 03-23-2018 12:48 PM

Me neither... I'm not sure if he'd ever gotten rid of him. I guess he'd be behind bars now because the only way would have been for him to tell the police the truth.

Miranda 03-25-2018 06:29 AM

Exactly. It would have taken such a different turn than it did now.

Lauren Helen Graham 03-26-2018 01:15 PM

Oh yes... He for sure wouldn't work for the task force anymore. Do you think Red would have helped him out of it nevertheless?
