I can imagine that he doubted it when he heard that Katarina had an affair with Red.. I don't know if he did but if I would hear my wife was with somebody else, I would start to doubt.

I somehow believe he never doubted that he was the father of hers...
 At least that's been my impression. Who knows what Katarina told him. Maybe she told him that the affair started a lot later?__________________

In S4 he definitly thought he was her father.
 He even thought that Red has tampered with the DNA test that said he wasn't her father.__________________

So I guess he knew about the affair that would have happened 4 years before Liz was born. Apparently Kat convinced him he was the father and they stayed together afterward?
Or Maybe he learned of the affair when Liz was kidnapped? This history is getting convoluted. __________________

I think Katarina convinced him he was Liz's father and they just continued being together. Maybe Katarina even told Kirk that being with Red was an assignment?

Yes, Marilyn, IMO he always thought he was the father but he thought her dead
When he heard about her being on the run with Red, he came to get her and to eliminate Red off her life completely.Hm, we don't know when he learned about the affair... but at some point he did and still thought he was the father. __________________

 I just went through my S4 wishlist and I saw that I got another wish granted! - I want Ressler to solve Reven Wright's murder. What do you guys think about this one. Can I scratch it? Cause it didn't happen! - I want Tom and Liz to not get married for real. So based on my S4 wishlist, this is my wish list for S5 for now. - I want Ressler and Liz to work together again as partners all the time. - I want Ressler and Liz to hang out as friends. - I want Liz to meet Dom. - I want Liz to try harder to see things from Red's POV. - I want a love interest for Ressler (preferably Liz). - I want Liz to discover Red's burn marks. - I want Aram and Samar to go on a date. __________________
