So I'm a bit early on this. But though my thoughts are on last week's episode, since I never got to post, they apply just as well to tonight's.

Laila Robins is astonishing as Katerina. She is inspired and brilliant. She helps to revitalize the series. I sure hope she is not overlooked come time to recognize the best of the season.

As for Laura Sohn as the new Agent Park, please get rid of her. She's not an actress. She's bad. She forces her performance. She's not subtle. It's all overdone.

Oh no, finally Liz seems to be suspicious about Katharina and now we have to wait two weeks for the next episode. Actually, I'm mostly on Liz side, but when she confronted Katharina with the picture of Agnes, I thought "come on Liz, you can not be that stupid!" I was glad when she went after it and discovered the broken mirror in the park.

It was great to see how angry Red was when it came to Ilya his oldest friend. The two must either have an extremely close bond or a secret so important that they protect it with their lives. Ilya almost killed hisself to protect Red and his secret. I shared Katharinas frustration as she find out that not even her childhoodfriend Ilya would help her to protect her from the People who are after her. But what the hell happened in Belgrade and when was that? Ilya must have been there too, but Belgrade does not appear in Dom's story. Dom must have betrayed Katharina, because she still seems to want revenge and kill him if he survives.

I really do not like Agent Park and I want Liz and Ressler to work together again! But I think she's summed it up right- Red is standing with his back to the wall and whatever the secret is, it's going to demand more victims.

Spoiler:

Red said I told you so in this ep. flashback to Luther Braxton anyone? Belgrade is going to deal with however Braxton betrayed Red there. I just know it.

So for me I think this episode ended all fear I had about Katarina being Red or being an imposter; or Doms story substituting our red for Katarina. I believe Katarina is herself and Ilya is himself and we have no clue who red is. Just seeing Ilya and Katarina together confirmed their identities, at least for me. I guess Katarina really trusted Ilya then although I still go bsck to her not telling him about the fulcrum as proof she wasn’t being honest.

So what happened next really depends on when Belgrade happened and it seems like it was later since she had a new family.

I am unsure if Ilya was sincere In Doms story or if he and red were already planning something else. It almost seems like they were since Ilya did not become red.

Red and Ilya are incredibly close. Ilya was going to kill himself so he wouldn’t betray red. This is a true friendship and not Ilya forced into it. And our red was losing his mind. He yelled at Glenn. He never does that. And threw his sandwich. He scared me in that scene. I’m glad he apologized to glen. Ilyas loyalty is to red. Even more than Katarina. I want to know why.

So what isAram doing with the note he got at the wedding? Come on Aram.

And Liz, you’re daughter wouldn’t just draw dead bodies. Glad she investigated.

So I think Katarina is going to extract Ilyas memories. She can’t use krilov though. He’s in jail.

Park got on my nerves too. She knew she was going to have to deal with red when she took the job. If you don’t want to then quit.

I did like the ending with her talking about red and the flashes to him. His back is against the wall. And he and Ilya both appear to hate/blame Katarina.

I'm so with you on Rederina being put to bed for everything you stated. I do however believe Dom deserves an award for best work of fiction in Rassvet.

Jay, I agree about Dom. His story was fiction. And yet had a few half truths in there to make it realistic. He just left a lot out. He told just enough to get Liz to leave it alone.

Marilyn, I'm so with you about the I told you so! I knew you'd notice as well and I did, too!

And yes, I think Katarina thinks she was betrayed but I doubt it was by Red... I as well think it had something to do with Braxton's betrayal on Red. I bet it ties in there somehow. There was a reason why Red was sooo damn mad at this guy.

Liz, FINALLY!!!!! About time, really. And just because of Agnes. I'm glad she didn't take it all for granted and went to see for herself and just because of that funny incident she discovered the mirror. Liz, come on! Open your eyes, damn it. Do you guys think she is going to Red about it?

Agent Park... Man am I sad that the last statement she made about Red towards Cooper came from her and not from Liz. She doesn't know Red and still she can read him so much better... She pays attention. Liz doesn't anymore because they don't even see each other anymore

Looks like Katarina trusted Ilya but was betrayed by him or at least thinks she was... Maybe Ilya didn't want it or didn't know what Dom's plan was or whatever... I really have no clue.

My bet is on Belgrade happening after the Ilya/Katarina flashback we got.

I was shocked about the Red/Glenn scene. It made me sad and I was really afraid Glenn would turn his back on Red. Red made it clear that it's a working relationship, nothing else. You think that was true? It hurt to see.

Easteregg, please no stuff about upcoming episodes in here, especially titles and stuff. We've got a news thread therefore and it should stay there.

I am more convinced that Katarina is really Katarina and we know that Ilya is Ilya for sure since Red calls him Ilya. I really wonder what has happened between Red and Ilya, that Ilya is willing to die for Red so that the secret doesn't come out.

I am scared for what Katarina is going to do to him. She is probably going to try to extract his memories like what happened to Liz maybe? and I wonder if he will still be able to not say anything.

And Belgrade was mentioned again, damn what happened there?! I need to know.

I am glad Liz has finally opened up her eyes and looked into the drawing Agnes made. it is not normal for a little kid to draw something like that and just please let her get suspicious of Katarina.

And there is a least one person that is using profiling skills or just common sense and that is Park. She is just here and she already sees what is going on with Red. She was spot on with the fact that Red has his back against the wall.

Really good episode this one

Finally Liz starts putting the clues together, about time!, considering she is an FBI agent you would have though she would look into Katrina more when she applied for the job

Aww Red/Glen, I'm glad Red apologised to Glen at the end and they are back on buddy terms again .

I must say I've really enjoyed this season and it's only gotten better every week. So I shall begin.

Aram - You only had a few scenes but an awesome one liner in which you zinger both Ressler and Park. Love it!

Red stole 3.5 million dollars from a man only to loan it back to him at a 19 percent clip. That's how you do business.

Lailla Robbins has been nothing short of amazing as Katarina.
The same can be said for Brent Cullen as Koslov. This show has an amazing knack for casting.
Red! Why'd you have to be mean to The Bean? Glad that worked out in the end.
Park, it's clear you have no clue how Cooper and Red work. Concern yourself with who you told about Anchorage.
Uh oh. Agnes broke her pinky promise. It's okay sweetie. We know where you get that from.
Dom deserves an Award for Rassvet. Best work of Fiction
My oh my what goes on across the hall.

I thought that Liz needed that slap in the face, especially the moment that Katarina started insinuating that Agnes has problems with reality (how did she put it, a wild imagination?). Yet, the simple fact that Katarina was so dismissive of the drawing as something Agnes made up would be enough for any Mom to start defending their kid. Can't wait for the Liz and Red/Katarina showdown.

Kris you broke my heart. Yes the last statements about Red should have been from Liz not agent park, a person who barely knows him. How did she figure that out? And where is poor blind Liz. Why didn’t liz figure it out? It’s not like red and parks are hanging out.

I gotta admit I had forgotten Katarina’s statements about Agnes after the drawing. Glad you guys pointed that out. What a cruel woman. Although jay, I agree. Lalia robbins is doing a great acting job.

So red is looking for a moving company. Do you think this is the company that moved Katarina next door? Will it be that simple? There’s probably more to it than that though.

No I don't think it is going to be that simple. Nothing is simple on this show and I don't think it is a moving company to help people move from house to house. I think it is some other kind of moving company. A criminal kind.

True, the umbrella company was like that. An innocent name for a bad organization.

But Katarina did have to move. Lol. Can you imagine when they find out she lives next door to liz?

Marilyn, yes indeed, and that she's had actual one on one alone time with Agnes! THAT is the moment I can hardly wait to see! In the meantime, I worry about how Liz is going to handle the new information she has discovered about there very likely WAS a dead body that Agnes saw. First of all, I totally get why she had that moment with Katarina saying how kids have a wild imagination. Any mom with a kid Agnes' age knows well enough by then if their child has a habit of exhibiting a wild imagination, so I'm glad she spoke right up to K about that definitely not being the case with Agnes. So Wes/Fred fan, I totally agreed with your comment about that!

Anyway, getting back to how she's going to handle knowing that it most certainly appears that there actually WAS a dead body, I wonder if she's going to have another conversation with Katarina about it, or maybe (hopefully) not do that and just do some kind of checking on who K really is. I prefer she do that because I'm thinking if she starts showing some kind of suspicion or distrust toward K, who knows what steps K will then think she needs to take with Liz...and THAT is a scary thought.

And Jay, when you said this: "Uh oh. Agnes broke her pinky promise. It's okay sweetie. We know where you get that from." So funny and oh so true!

And Crazy Diamond, when you said this, "I'm glad Red apologized to Glen at the end and they are back on buddy terms again." I so agreed with you! In a way, I understood why Red got to the end of himself with Glen not acting like he realized how vital and time critical Red's request actually was, plus we all know that Red likely pays his "finder" a very comfortable, ongoing fee, so Glen really should have stepped up sooner. But it ended well and the guy did his outstanding job of getting Red the info he needed. But yes, I agree with you that it was really uncomfortable watching Red's wrath pour out on poor Glen. Btw, I was really glad to see Glen in an episode again.

So many other great observations here...I learn more every time I visit! Can hardly wait for the next episode; too bad it's 2 weeks away this time instead of the usual one. I need my Blacklist fix and I need it sooner rather than later!
