Well, I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that at the other end of this twisted chain is Katarina Rostova...

The episode I loved it (besides of some things...) because of the mythology being back!!!!

Okay, first of all lets start therewith! Katarina Rostova She is after Red and she wants to see him dead! I always thought that she wanted to see Liz dead but that's not it. I'm really wondering if it's really for Red and him being dead or about Liz and her losing the person she loves most? Like Liz took the person that Katarina loved most, her husband and Liz's father. I'm really curious.
So maybe Red tried to hide Liz from her instead of the Cabal in the first place? And it's the reason why he couldn't stay close to her, had to give her to Sam to be raised by him. I can see this being a reason. And now she of course knows because Liz was on the run and declared who she really was and the Red/Liz connection was made public then. I don't know how she might know they are that close but she knows, I'm sure.

Liz FINALLY being thankful!!!!! I really was so pissed at her and the fact that she was blaming Red again and again. How many times could he have simply killed Tom but he didn't... It so sucks, really. She is continuing to act stupid, she's making herself Tom's marionette, not Red's. But yeah, there we go again.

I don't get it, after everything that has happened. And it was so crystal clear that she would never say anything about Tom going behind her back and being involved into illegal stuff again. It's just . I have no words. I think Liz is one of the most hilarious tv characters I've ever seen...

Nick being back and being on Red's payroll! We should have guessed so, huh? But pretty cool. I actually liked Nick in the episode.

Ressler and Samar, I love them working together. The case was good and it's great to see them having more screen time again. Although we didn't get anything personal at all.

Dembe and Red in action again. I love that as well.
But that pictures, wasn't it creepy?

And how exactly did Red know that Drexel was involved with Katarina (I just go ahead and assume it's her because Red specifically asked for her)... And Liz and the others have no clue.

Oh, don't forget about the cute Liz/Cooper moment I loved that one.

Liz keeping the baby! I'm really happy she decided to do so.

OMG what just happened?! I loved this episode!!

Katarina Rostova is still alive! I am sure of that now and it is just a matter of time before Liz finds out to! That painting was very creepy so Katarina must be keeping an eye on Liz too. How else does she know what Liz looks like? And she is after Red. Probably for taking Liz away from her and bringing her to Sam. I can not wait to see how this plays out!

RED AND LIZ! Sorry I had to use big letters cause their scene in the end was pure. It was so amazing! I have a feeling they understand each other so much better now. He apologized, she thanked him and kissed him on the cheek! It was just an amazing, amazing scene!

Ressler knows Liz so well. "Keen's gonna keep that kid." And she did! I am very happy that she decided to keep the baby. I don't know what the show will be like with a baby but if Liz would have given her baby up for adoption she would have regretted it so much.

Nick working for Red?! I never thought he was going to do that and why the hell did he and Red cover op up for Tom?! I would have never done that.

Red and Dembe in action! I love seeing them like that again. It's been too long.

Cooper and Liz were sweet. It was so sweet and thoughtful of Cooper to make sure that Liz knew he would always be there for her.

So Rostova is alive. Because of course she is. This show is nothing but a cheap copy of Alias. But if the show insist on copying Alias, at least they should have made Liz a little bit more like Sydney. More ass-kicking, more intelligence and more human and less whining. Sydney would've kicked in Tom's perfect teeth the first time he betrayed her.

But no.. Liz cuddles up to him, all misty-eyed that he committed an armed robbery for her. And this is the woman who still wants to be an agent and helps the agency catch criminals. But I guess she doesn't want to screw them like Tom. So she believes in one set of rules of ordinary criminals and another set for the people she deems worthy of affection. She is definitely the type of person who should be in law enforcement. Or maybe the writers think women forget their integrity in face of true effing love.

And then there's Samar, the trained spy who is a blabbermouth and who betrays a friend's secret without blinking an eye and then makes a half-hearted apology. This shows to me what the writers think female friendship is all about.

OTH I'm grateful to the show for this. Now that the show has revealed it's misogynist core, I can cut the final string. No more waffling about whether to watch the week's episode. I'm done.

OK - totally creepy and scary that it would be possible to spy on anyone this way. The scene with all the screens totally skeeved me out.

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!! Liz is keeping the baby.

Good episode - everyone has said most of what I was thinking.

I'm curious. Everyone (on and off the show) seems to want Liz to keep the baby, and I just want to know what they are going to do with it once she has it... I mean this is the Blacklist. The baby can't just be hanging around with everyone at the post office all day. I think adoption would have been the best choice, and the most caring thing to do, but that's just me!

Well, re the baby, Tom is probably going to be a stay-at-home dad because he needs to calm his **** down!

This plot about her mother being alive was sooo obvious. But I don't know why she wants to kill Reddington, didn't they all were friends? Or why would she even kill her daughter if thats the case... I know Liz killed her father, but still...

So Drexler, was he a good blacklister? It seems that he used RAT to reveal that RAT farm?

"As a reporter. Amazing times, these, don't you think? When any Tom, Dick, or Sally with a laptop and internet access can declare herself a journalist." Red telling the truth! I personally think journalism hit rock bottom and will be even worse, of course there are exceptions!

I didn't want the pregnancy to be written into the show. Many of us here didn't want that but it sadly happened and I don't really know what I wanted to happen next. If Liz would give up her baby for adoption she was regret it and be miserable so that's why I am happy that she is keeping the baby but to be very honest, I don't know how it will work out. Liz having a baby. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the writers have planned.

Hi Sarah! It's good to see you popping in again but I am sorry to hear that you are completely done with the show now but I can understand. I think it's going to very interesting with Liz's mother being alive.

I understand that everyone is trying to make the best of a bad situation (writers writing in the pregnancy).
I guess I just see a lot of positives of adoption in real life, so then when it comes to the show and this show and this situation i thought it would be the perfect fix to this ridiculous situation!

I'm not surprised that they wrote the pregnancy into the show. It's not exactly a sitcom where they could just hide her behind potted plants and conveniently placed furniture for several months; there was pretty much no way they were going to be able to keep her an active part of the show otherwise.

And if they can't figure out what to do with the baby, I suppose they can just write in a miscarriage sometime after Megan gives birth...

Confused

I am a hardcore fan of The Blacklist, there are very few shows that I follow religiously but TBL is one of them. I loved this episode but I am really confused by this forums attitude towards Lizzy and Tom. I think the characters are really good when you consider their backstories, I mean Tom or rather Jacob was a messed up foster kid picked off the street and trained by a psycho to be a heartless killer with multiple identities, so he's obviously bound to have some issue's! Elizabeth's love is probably the only genuine love he has ever experienced! As for Elizabeth, she (like most of us ladies) had a perfect life she pictured for herself, that picture perfect dream was turned upside down by Red and Tom, she is still figuring out who she is, what she wants and whether or not she can trust Red.... Why does her whining and slow transition to understanding annoy so many of you? I personally find her flaws make her easier to relate to, especially how her love for Tom/Jacob makes her a bit blind - been there! And anyway Navabi provides a great strong female counterbalance. Also isn't Megan Boone relatively new to the acting game, give her some grace people not all of us are perfect the first time we start a job!
I think the writers and actors of TBL are doing a dang fine job and I cant wait for the show down between Red and Lizz's mum. Also, something to consider with the whole baby thing, I wouldn't be surprised if the show ends with the babies birth, I don't think this show was ever intended to be a particularly long and drawn out series.
