I’m disgusted, too disgusted for words. This is how you can tell. I’m going to insult Red. How dumb is it for him to still not tell Liz who the woman is. I gotta admit I can’t defend him. This episode hit my nerve! And Liz, wth? Still letting Katarina babysit Agnes????? Arrrrrrrrghh.

As good as I thought this episode was, it brought some of my worst fears to life. I........... get why Dom came up with this plan in a sense but............ my god......... it's just so heartbreaking. It was clear Dom loved Mother Russia. I'm also sure he loved his daughter but......... Oh my god what do you do? I get why they all did it for Masha. No matter what, Masha would never be safe as long as it was believed Kat was alive. I'm just as frustrated and lost as you are. I get why Red won't tell |Liz about her but we're at a point past that. The truth is coming out slow but surely

I am so glad that Liz decided to investigate the park murder more and that she followed her gut! There is still a profiler and agent in her somewhere!

but OMG I did not think she would figure out on her own that Maddie is Katarina Rostova!

so we now know the plan and why Dom wanted Katarina dead. it really is heartbreaking but I do get that he wanted to protect Masha and therefore Katarina. The townsend directive would have killed her if they found her anyway but it is heart breaking that he thought killing his daughter would be his only option.

but we still don't know who our Red is! They sure know how to keep that a secret!

I think our Red is Red. Dom and Illya's conversation as they were driving away all but confirmed it. Also, I have two pictures that I think are connected. The tag on the bag of bones and an address on a client in Orion Relocation Services. Both have the same address.

Jay, I believe our Red someone else, still.

So is Belgrade really not connected to Luther Braxton? Really. Not sure I believe that yet. But really. So Katarina had moved on and married. So to protect the child, they decide to kill Katarina? I’m still kind of expecting a plot twist there. And it appears our Red did not know. Ilya says something like we have to tell Reddington what we did. So maybe his Hobson choice is coming. Because maybe whatever he decides to do after this is key. Or maybe they never told him.

Also, when Ilya first meets Dom, he appears to think Katarina dead again, right?

I am still not softening to Katarina though. I bet you guys are though. She brought her situation on herself by betraying everyone. I’m shocked at dom and Ilya, though. But I’m sure this isn’t all the story. But obviously Lizs safety became most important. I guess we need to know everything that happened because at one point in time Katarina would have done anything to keep liz safe.

Doms accent was so thick I had trouble understanding him. But it looks like the Townsend directive was a kill order on Katarina and still is.

It was great to see red and Liz together. At the end, I knew liz was going to find that photo. Now she’s at Katarinas mercy. And yes, I am sure yet again she will never choose Red.

Omg I just read a tv fanatic article that says this proves red is Katarina. That the person Ilya met in the hotel room was Katarina but the person they tried to kill was a fake. And this woman is is the fake person from Belgrade. I didn’t see any of that In the show. Not a bit. They said that’s reason Red can’t tell liz who the woman is because she’s not Katarina and he never lies to liz. So I officially take back my complaint about Red not telling liz about the woman. Yep, pretend I never mentioned it. He can keep that secret forever.

That's not the secret. The secret is he was in on it. They're getting really desperate to keep man parts on Katarina. Why I have no clue.

I really don't know what to say or to think...

Liz... I can't anymore. 'I had the feeling the whole time that you are Katarina Rostova.' Bla bla bla? Seriously? How often is she going to play this card on the show. I'm so damn annoyed :rolleyes: Endangering her child when going there without backup. I still have no words.

I like the theory about that woman not being Katarina Rostova... I'm not sure it's true or that I believe it just now but there is a chance she really isn't. And it was odd that they never showed her face that night. Maybe it was because they couldn't get Lotte to appear on the show again or it was because she isn't Katarina but another woman. I guess we'll find out at some point. The next episode name would be confusing in the end if she turns out not to be Katarina.
If it's not Katarina it would tie into the fact that Dom would try to get everybody off Katarina's course. If they chose a different woman to kill, to pretend that she was Katarina (without her knowing about it) and going after her, letting some intel slip about what they are planning, it would have been successful either way. The way it happened now they would think that this woman is Katarina Rostova although she is not. :shrug: It's possible. And therefore have anybody coming after her, not after the real Katarina or Masha.

Red not telling her :rolleyes: It gets on my nerves, too. WTH is the problem there?

Belgrade not being connected to Luther? Man, that would suck big time. They very well could have chosen a different location then.

I really don’t think they were planning to kill Katarina. I think they were planning some kind of fake that went wrong. I think? Her being married messed up the plan. I hadn’t noticed that they never showed the woman’s face from that night. Good catch, kris. I honestly don’t have a clue. But I really don’t want anymore fake people. But this episode and the blacklister was all about fake people again. It seems to all tie together.

But I think this woman is the real Katarina. At least I hope so.

And yeah, I could see red bring angry after Dom got shot and not telling liz about the woman. But In this episode , he side stepped one too many times snd it got on my nerves. Sigh.

So you as well think they planned to murder a different person, a person they didn't know? Or a person they knew? Because how else would Maddie know Ilya then?

I'm still not convinced it's the real Katarina. I start to doubt it but tend to more believe she is it still... We'll see for how long.

Oh yes... It's just something that hit a nerve and makes me super angry at Liz. I would like to hit her! :furious:

Kris, I’m still hoping to this being tied to Reds Belgrade! I don’t know when to give up. But I know what Dom and Ilya said, but yeah, I really think they meant to kill someone else and not the real Katarina. And I’m kinda thinking they never told Red... and that he learns it when he got the folder. But if that’s true that ruins my hope that Red was in Belgrade at the same time.

So are you sympathetic to Katarina.

Btw, I did love that Agent parks gave Red the location! See, she’s learning how valuable he is.

I'm so not sympathetic to Katarina. No worries... I want that woman dead, Katarina or not.

I think Park did it because she though he was closer and therewith was faster in saving that woman's life. :lol: Nothing else.

Their face when parks did that were so funny!!!

Glad we still want Katarina dead. I just really wanted liz to just shoot her.

I still get the sneaking suspicion that the woman isn't Katarina, I don't know why :look:, I'm probably completely wrong :lol: :blush:

It really is weird that they never showed the woman's face the night the car blew up. I kinda expected to see Lotte in this episode as well when I knew we were going to get flashbacks so I was disappointed we didn't see Lotte cause it would have been so amazing seeing her again.

I still don't know if she is the real Katarina or not but seriously how many fake people can there be in one show. If one person is not who he says he is, fine but not more.


Maybe Luther Braxton only heard what happened in Belgrade from somebody else that was there? So maybe Luther wasn't there at all? :shrug:

Yes cause Ilya said to Dom "She is dead." and then Dom told Ilya that she was still alive and that the Townsend Directive was after her.

It was really hard for me to understand as well. I had to listen to it a couple times and I read the transcript to see what he said.
