Yep, I have my money on 2017, too. I'm clinging to The Avengers 2 to make the waiting less frustrating, at least we'll see Thor in action again and perhaps have an idea of what's going on in his native realm.

That's the only thing I'm looking forward for in the sequel is to get news of what's going on in Asgard and of course Thor

I want to be excited about Age of Ultron, but I keep seeing pics of Hawkeye and hints that it's once again all centered on Tony, and news of new characters... and hmmm.
But at least Whedon has promised some good Widow, and Bruce stuff.

I don't expect Thor to have much to do, but I'll try to enjoy anything we get.

That goes without saying.

No way I can resist without Asgardians until 2017.

I hope we get more Asgardians in the third movie.

Me too. Even though we were promised a "cosmic" movie with TDW, it still felt completely rooted on Earth and the consequences Malekith's plan would have on it, instead of truly giving us an idea of how big Thor's universe is.

I hate that they are holding back on that

Perhaps the general audience does care for Earth more - it's hard for me to tell because I'm part of the hardcore fandom and I am all about more mythology.

Same. The less of Earth, I see the better . I said this before, but I didn't like how we only got to see one realm in TDW and it wasn't all that stunning.

We actually saw a handful of them, but for like, 3 seconds each, so it doesn't count Feige!!
Less Earth. And less comedy. Please and thank you.

Ohhhh, Rachel as Sif. I can dig that.

I don't what was worse between the lack of Asgardians/other worlds or the comedy tbh. I thought the comedy at times were put at the wrong places and the Loki joke with Eric was no good

At least Erik had a reason to be gleeful even if Loki had just died. What truly pissed me the hell off was all the wackiness with Thor and Jane inside the cave, Richard's phone call included. Thor had just left Loki's body a few meters away after crying his eyes out.
Such editing fail.

Some scenes were just put at the wrong places

It would have been better if they didn't feel that absurd urge to make the shortest film they could.
